Business Compliance
All services provided by Thorburn Associates Pty Ltd, be they in project management, design or provision of project personnel, are performed in accordance with best practice process and procedures applicable to the relevant field.  In addition, all sub-contractors and suppliers, either engaged or managed by Thorburn are also required to follow industry best practice process and procedures.

Services are performed to a Quality Management System which generally follows AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

Project Management Service Standards
Our services comply with AS CB 025-2004  - A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PBBOK Guide).

Personnel engaged in project management services are qualified as either QPP or RPM, as appropriate, under the Australian Institute of Project Managers competency standards or they are considered to be eligible to gain these qualification if formally assessed.

Project Personnel Standards
Thorburn Associates Pty Ltd, being a corporate member of RCSA, adheres to their Code of Professional Practice and other published standards and guidelines when providing personnel to Clients. Services in this area are performed to the highest standard and comply with RCSA Service Delivery Standards (RCSA – SDS:2007).

Safety
Thorburn Associate’s most important priority is providing a healthy and safe working environment for our people. OHS management according to NSW OHS Regulation 2001 has been approached as a core business practice and is built into our Quality Management System.
