As part of the introduction of a new project reporting system, a major Government deliverer of capital works engaged Thorburn to review and assess the quality of core documents feeding into monthly project reports.

Documents reviewed included scopes of work, schedules and cost estimates for projects totalling in excess of $100M and involving over 20 project managers.
